fa173d1874 kernel/thread: Make GetFreeThreadLocalSlot()'s loop indices size_t 
Avoids using a u32 to compare against a range of size_t, which can be a
source of warnings. While we're at it, compress a std::tie into a
structured binding.

12afa56830 kernel/thread: Make GetFreeThreadLocalSlot() reference parameter a const reference 
This function only reads the data being referenced, it doesn't modify
it, so we can turn the reference into a const reference.

0bb1b9c168 vfs_vector: Avoid unnecessary copies where applicable 
The lambda elements should be taken by const reference here, and we can
move the virtual directory passed to ReplaceFileWithSubdirectory()

db3603df94 hw: Remove unused files 
None of these files are used in any meaningful way. They're just
leftovers from citra. Also has the benefit of getting rid of an unused
global variable.

38c2af9330 kernel: Move object class to its own source files 
General moving to keep kernel object types separate from the direct
kernel code. Also essentially a preliminary cleanup before eliminating
global kernel state in the kernel code.

153a00ebc0 video_core: Make global EmuWindow instance part of the base renderer class 
Makes the global a member of the RendererBase class. We also change this
to be a reference. Passing any form of null pointer to these functions
is incorrect entirely, especially given the code itself assumes that the
pointer would always be in a valid state.

This also makes it easier to follow the lifecycle of instances being
used, as we explicitly interact the renderer with the rasterizer, rather
than it just operating on a global pointer.

a155fe49dd service/ns: Add missing ns services

ea4e7b7fc5 kernel: Remove unused object_address_table.cpp/.h 
These source files were entirely unused throughout the rest of the
codebase. This also has the benefit of getting rid of a global variable
as well.

a87d3a4c42 audout_u: Remove std::move in OpenAudioOutImpl() 
Previously the code was using the values from params further below after
it was std::moved. Thankfully, given AudoutParams is a trivially
copyable struct, the values would have simply been copied in this
instance and not invalidated to garbage values.
