677a97c8bf Shader: implement DPH/DPHI in interpreter
Tests revealed that the component with w=1 is
SRC1 and not SRC2, it is now fixed on 3dbrew.

41dda548cd citra-qt: Improve shader debugger.
Now supports dumping the current shader and recognizes a larger number of output semantics.

c03924e60e Shader: Initial implementation of x86_x64 JIT compiler for Pica vertex shaders.
- Config: Add an option for selecting to use shader JIT or interpreter.
- Qt: Add a menu option for enabling/disabling the shader JIT.
