0be5c03176 FileSys: split the constructor into an Open method, in order to notify the opener something went wrong. 
Kernel: Return an invalid handle to OpenFile when it failed to open.

4ed24a0619 loader.cpp: improved file extension checking, made Upper/LowerStr useful 
Instead of forcibly taking the last 4 characters, it now finds the last extension separator (the period) and takes a substr of its location.
